  • Beautiful resort, perfectly located.

    Very close to everything but you could honestly stay at the Nautibeach complex without ever leaving. Beautiful pool, right on the beach, (BEAUTIFUL BEACH) good restaurant and a great staff. This condo was lovely, well furnished with a complete kitchen. It is only a five minute walk from the ferry. The grounds are lush and look a bit Hawaiian. We found amazing restaurants on Isla Mujeres, our favorite was a hidden gem "Maria's Kan KIn" short taxi ride there. We will definitely return in the near future. It was a pleasure dealing with Katy, she was accommodating and worked with us to insure everything was perfect.

  • First trip to Isla Mujeres

    We rented Nautibeach Condos 6 and 9 for 8 nights in August. They are well equipped and are in a great location, a few seconds walk from the pool and the North Beach. They are also only a short walk from many restaurants and bars. We booked online from the UK and Dave and Katy were always quick to respond to my emails.

  • Wonderful location! Nice place to stay!

    This was my second trip to Isla. First time my husband and I (and another couple) stayed at the Seashell House. But this time was a girls trip and I wanted to stay on the best beach and closer to town. Nautibeach Condos was perfect (and Katy's place is so nice!). We were on the ground floor, which ended up so nice because we were just a few steps from the pool and beach, short distance to where we parked our golf cart, and could walk to activities downtown. Everything you need is in the condo, but hopefully you will spend most of your time exploring or on the beach. Walk 5 minutes down the beach to Mia Reef for beautiful snorkeling (bring your own gear). Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas (do not have to get up early to "reserve" one like other places). What more can I say... gotta bring my husband back to stay here next time!!!! THANKS KATY!!!!

  • Island Getaway

     
    First time on Isla Mujeres- this condo suited us just fine- location, location, location is the first thing that comes to mind. Playa Norte is the best beach, and Nautibeach is only steps away. This condo is convenient to restaurants and shopping, has a nice pool and adjacent bar/grill, beautifully maintained garden and grounds, and staff that are very helpful. The condo itself is comfortable and well cared for, and arrangements with Katy couldn't have been easier! We liked the main floor unit with patio for easy in and out to the pool and beach. Friends stayed in the units on both sides of us; we had ample privacy but were able to ajoin patios for group activities. Teens found basketball and volleyball courts nearby and were able to walk safely for whatever they needed. Golf carts are the way to go to explore the island and shop for groceries. We will be back!

  • Perfect place to stay on Isla Mujeres!

     
    Hubby and I stayed in this condo last week. The unit was just perfect for us - nicely done, clean, comfy beds, and a very nice garden terrace. It really was the perfect place to stay - convenient to the pool and beach. We rented a golf cart and explored the entire island. Then we were even more confident that our condo was perfect - quiet location, on the BEST beach of the island, and a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops.

    My husband and I stayed at nautibeach for 6 wonderful nights in February. The condo was perfect; just the right size and very quiet. The grounds are beautifully manicured and we loved sitting on the patio any time of the day listening to the water and palm trees. The location of the condo's couldn't have been better, just steps to the beautiful beach and a couple blocks to all the activity downtown. We rented a golf cart for 24 hours which was perfect for sightseeing the rest of the island. We highly recommend Katy and Dave's condo's for a great relaxing vacation. We're returning again next year.

    We have visited Isla Mujeres many times by boat on day trips from Cancun and always wanted to stay on the Island. This was perfect. It was quiet, away from the mega-inclusive resorts and affordable. My wife and I came for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it. The property is so clean, well furnished and comfortable. Being steps away from the beach and pool were priceless. Evening sunsets from Sunset Grill created memories that will last a lifetime. The best part is we were walking distance from everything. Hidalgo street was a few blocks away. Golf cart rental was right on the complex. Everything we needed was there. Definitely recommend a golf cart trip around the Isla. Eat at La Lomita, Lola Valentina, and Rolandi's Pizza. Excellent trip. We will be back.

  • A Week of Bliss

     
    We have stayed on Isla Mujeres before but this was our first trip to Nautibeach Condos. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our condo was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you would want during a week long stay. It is gorgeous by day and very quiet and peaceful at night. Golf cart rentals are nearby, you only have to take a few steps to be on beautiful Playa Norte, the ferry dock and downtown are within easy walking distance, you can order from the Sunset Grill and they will deliver to your condo, all staff workers are friendly and helpful as they go about doing their jobs diligently...it truly is paradise!

    Our stay was outstanding. The condo was as we pictured it to be. Everyone was friendly and any needs were taken care of. We had 4 adults during our stay and the condo was just fine as for space and privacy. The location was so great... close to the pool and beach, the sights were wonderful. I am ready to go back!

    Nautibeach was better than expected. The pictures you see online are great but it's even better in real life! Everything was clean, the grounds were immaculate, the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The Sunset Grill onsite is outstanding. I suggest while hanging out on the beach to order popcorn shrimp. Not your normal popcorn shrimp! Everything we had from the menu was excellent and Julio took great care of us! My favorite meals other than at Sunset Grill were at Barlito's (Grouper Roll) and Oscar's (unbelievable Pizza). Our favorite bar stop was Soggy Peso. Great fun, people and atmosphere! We very much enjoyed hanging at Nautibeach in the evenings around the beach and pool and sippin' on 2 for 1 Frozen Mojito's from the Sunset Grill. Communication with Kate was so easy and everything was exacly as we were told. We looked at every nice resort on the Island while we were there and decided next time we go, Naughti Beach is for us. Great for families couples or any group! Enjoy!

  • Wonderful vacation!

     
    We recently spent eight wonderful days on Isla Mujeres. The condo was perfectly appointed and very comfortable. We were also very grateful for the purified water (although we had no issues and the restaurants were very sensitive and careful with their food preparation). The resort is located on a tranquil spot on Playa Norte. We found the guests and staff (both of the resort and the adjoining restaurant) extremely pleasant. This is a place to relax, to reconnect with old friends and family, or to celebrate a new beginning. The island itself is beautiful and full of the most kind and generous people we have experienced. Many thanks to Katie and Dave for sharing their condo - we will return!

  • Wonderful place to stay on Isla Mujeres

     
    My husband and two-year-old daughter and I stayed here for a week. We had mostly beautiful weather, with some rainy times, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful vacation. The property was perfectly situated on the ground floor just steps away from the pool and beach. We came at the best time, too; it seemed we had the place to ourselves! So peaceful! The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed while we were there. We had never been to Isla Mujeres, but left knowing we would definitely be back again! Thank you for a fantastic family vacation!!!

    We had a fabulous stay at Nautibeach Condos and couldn't recommend this property more highly. Katy and Dave were very easy to work with and answered all our questions in advance of our stay, as well as during. We appreciated all the information they provided to help our trip from the Cancun airport to La Isla Mujeres smooth. We traveled with our two young children (ages 3 and 5) and the property was perfect for them - easy access to pool, beach, and all the fun activities of North Beach. We appreciated the very friendly staff at Nautibeach, as well as the other guests. We felt that the location was ideal. We loved exploring all the wonderful restaurants in the area that were so easy to get to from this property. We definitely hope to return!

    This was our 1st time on the Island & staying at Nautibeach. There are only a few words to describe this experience with the condo, AWESOME & WONDERFUL. It could not have been any better, it was very clean, close to the pool & the beach & everyone was very helpful. We felt very safe & never had any concerns with our belongings. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have the time of their life in beautiful surroundings with a condo that feels just like home.

  • Relaxing, Comfortable Condo Steps from the Beach

     
    My wife and I stayed in this condo with our infant daughter for five days. The condo is clean and clutter-free, the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and the bedrooms are big with comfortable beds. The owner set up a pack-and-play for our daughter, which was very thoughtful and made a world of difference. Our biggest question, in choosing this place, was how close is the condo really from the pool and ocean? It could hardly be closer! It's a leisurely 30-second walk to the pool (you can see it from the terrace) and a 90-second walk to the beach. Happily, that close proximity doesn't mean it's noisy at all. There's also a property manager on site who was able to set up an airport transfer for us, rent us a golf cart for one of the days, and give us great maps and walking directions for restaurants. In sum, we couldn't have been happier -- we'll definitely be back!

  • My first trip to Isla

     
    I will not be able to express how great this place is! We arrive and are impressed that our condo is so close to everything. We were here in the off season and it was amazing. The pool right out our door was all ours and huge. The beach Is just across the pool! And the sunset grill is also right by the pool! We had all our needs met. The staff that worked ,in the little yellow office, was so helpful and friendly. If we needed anything they were there. The condo is furnished with everything. All you need is personal items and sunscreen. You can walk everywhere. Of just go to the office and rent a golf cart. The big store, like Walmart is not in walking distance but just off the main road is a great grocery store. Which can save a lot of money if you cook for yourself. But you certainly don't have to. There are tons of restaurants and shops. We travel at least once a year to a tropical place. I am not so sure we will keep going to other places. We felt so safe and welcomed that we have talked about this becoming our yearly home :). The only thing I can say that could be negative to some is, if you are wanting a place that is very loud and full of parties this is not the place. It is very quiet, and family friendly. This is not to say you can't have your own party. As we did! I can't get this place out of my head! You got me! I am in love!

    Fantastic place - the condo is just like the web site says and the photos show - actually better. We rented 2 condos side by side and there is virtually NOTHING we would change. The condos are so fresh and well appointed, with privacy, but easy access to the pool and beach, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the greater Nautibeach staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the adjoining restaurant. Katy and her dad were great to work with - went out of their way to work with us. Everything they promised they did and then some. We would definitely return.

  • Absolutely perfect!

     
    We just returned from our week stay in Condo #5 at Nautibeach and had the most amazing vacation! We had been to Isla Mujeres a few times in the past and stayed at other hotels, but nothing compares to Nautibeach. The condo was exactly how the photos looked online and even more beautiful in person. Everything seemed to be brand new and was very well maintained. The kitchen was spectacular - we felt as if we were at home! This condo was especially nice because it had an extra sink and mirror in the back bedroom - great for getting ready in the evenings! The location was perfect - very close to the pool, on the ground floor, yet very private. I cannot image a better location for the condo! Although we came to the island for a nice break from everything, it was really nice to be able to watch the news a few times (in English!) via the satellite TV in the condo. The beach in front of Nautibeach has the best white, sugar sand you could ever imagine - we were in heaven!!!! We also enjoyed renting directly from the owners, Katy and Dave, as it it gave our whole experience a more friendly and personal feel. We are so excited to have discovered this condo and already are trying to figure out when we can make it back. Thanks again to the owners for making our vacation so perfect!!
