*Rates are based in US dollars and for an occupancy of two people.

*There is an additional charge of $25 USD per night for each extra person over the age of five and $10 USD per night for children under the age of five. 

*Our rates for December 20 - January 5, 2018 are base on an occupancy for up to 4 people. There is an additional charge of $25 USD per night for each extra person over the age of five and $10 USD per night for children under the age of five. 

*Rates do not include hospitality tax

*We accept payment by check or money order or by credit card. There will be a 5% processing fee added to reservations paid for by credit card.

*Our cancellation policy is:  A refund or credit will be given minus a 10% processing fee of the total reservation if the reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled 90 days or less prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund. If the credit is used during a season where the rate is higher, the difference will be charged (i.w.Christmas or High Season).
