Located about one mile from downtown on the Caribbean side of the island, this house provides a unique Mexican get-away. Enjoy the luscious tropical gardens in the front of the house as well as the private patio in the back of the house. This is one of the only smaller homes on the island that has a full front and back yard, both which are completely secure with cement walls to create a courtyard ambiance.

 

For a very private and safe experience, the entire front yard and back yard are surrounded by nice cement walls that have beautiful lighting during the evening hours. 

Enjoy the full kitchen, a washer and dryer, Mini-Split Air Conditioning, and beautiful tile work throughout. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size bed in one end of the large living room area.

In April of 2017, there will be a beautiful freshwater pool next door for guests at Casa de Katy to use.
