• WOW!!

  We (2 couples) just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay in Condo 17. We travelled all around the island and thought Nautibeach had the best location. Communicating with Katy is so easy and she is very prompt and helpful in all her replies. The condo is so clean, spacious and very well equipped and the sunset view from the deck is amazing. The beach is so beautiful with crystal clear water and brown sugar sand. All the staff who we met at the resort are so cheerful and helpful as well. We ate a different restaurant every night and had wonderful meals including at the Mayan Beach, right on the property. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Isla Mujeres, we will definitely stay in Condo 17. Thank you so much Katy and Dave for making our holiday so incredible.

• Already planning to come back

  We started our honeymoon on Isla Mujeres in this beautiful condo. Afterwards we spent some days in Xcaret and Cozumel but couldn't stop saying how much we wished we were still on Isla Mujeres the whole time. The condo has everything you need: wifi, A/C, good water pressure, plenty of drinkable water (water cooler), feels safe, beautiful view, steps from the beach, private pool, and great restaurants. Even a grocery store is a short 10 minute walk. I loved the privacy and the independence of staying at the condo. And the food on Isla Mujeres is great, all the restaurants we tried were good. We have talked about making a yearly trip here we loved it so much. Hopefully we can make that happen. Katie was a breeze to deal with, very responsive and kind. Would recommend it to anyone. Definitely a home away from home.

• Great Trip!!!

  This was my first time staying here. Very tastefully decorated, updated kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, need I say more?? I am already trying to figure out when we can return... Not only is the condo exceptional but the location is perfect! The pool is amazing and is right on the beach. Spectacular to see at dawn and dusk!!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!! Thanks Katy and Dave for providing awesome accomodations!!!

• Heavenly

  What a great condo! Love, love, loved it!!! Perfect for our ladies get away!! The pool, beach, and ocean right at our fingertips! We all felt so safe knowing that there were guards on duty 24/7. It took us only 5 min to walk to Resturaunts and shopping, always a good thing. Working with Katy and Dave was a great experience, no hiccups at all! We are already planning our next trip here, we can't wait!!!!

• Fun times!

  We stayed a week, but actually wanted to stay two. We love the condo and I am almost reluctant to write anything because I don't want anyone to know how great it is! It was our 2nd time in this condo and my girls only want to stay here from now on. I love the pool. The beach. The kitchen has just what we need. It is close to everything. Candelario is a great guy and helps with anything and everything. The staff is so nice. We will be back next summer! (so I hope Katy and Dave don't rent to anyone but us :-) ).

• Best Nautibeach Condo so far!

   

  We stayed for a long weekend in Katy and Dave's condo. The location is excellent -- right on North Beach, with a big pool and an easy walk to everywhere in town. Katy and Dave have added lots of extra touches to make the stay comfortable - extra towels, lots of shelves and closet space everywhere, good kitchen supplies and comfortable seating. The bathroom is nicely upgraded with good water pressure in the shower and the condo is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and soap so you don't have to shop immediately. The extra sink in the second bedroom was really convenient for us too. Our friends were in another unit also owned by Katy and Dave and it was also nice. We would definitely stay there again!

• Excellent accomodation

   

  We wife and I had an excellent vacation with our daughter and family who stayed in another of Katy's condos. This is great accommodation. The condo is spacious and has excellent amenities. It is close to the ferry, restaurants and a supermarket. The beach and the pool are fabulous. They are easily accessible and very child friendly. We really enjoyed spending time with our grandchildren at the pool and the beach. Katy was very helpful throughout. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

  This was a perfect vacation for our anniversary! The condo was a in a great location, pool, beach, restaurants all within walking distance. The condo was clean, cleaning service came once but you could have them come more if you need them to. Katy was very helpful with places to go, eat or just hang out. We will definitely be back!!!

• Perfect Condo for a Relaxing Isla Vacation

• You can't go wrong!!

   

  This sweet and lovely condo had everything we needed. It had two comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, filtered water, nice bathroom with a great shower, a balcony, free wi-fi, and AIR CONDITIONING. Katy could not have been more accommodating. While we were in Isla, we had a few questions, and Katy promptly replied and helped us with our needs. The condo is just steps to the pool and ocean. The pool is pristine and the ocean is crystal blue with views of sailboats. All in all, it was a great place to stay!!

• Awesome condo

   

  My husband and I went there for our 25th anniversary trip and it was perfect !! Katy was so helpful and accommodating; my husband got sick before we left so we had to change our dates of travel and she was very easy to work with. Alberto in the office where u check in was very helpful with renting a golf cart, helping us get situated and suggesting places to go... Candelario was very helpful also when he came back from his day off. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and nice balcony to relax on. We loved the pool and the beachside loungers.thnx so much Katy for a great vacation!

• Great location and great condo

   

  This was are first time staying at Nautibeach. The location is perfect and condo #17 is very nice. It was the perfect size for two couples. The staff are very accommodating. We plan on returning next year. Katy is great to deal with too. You can't go wrong with this condo.

• EXcellent Propery

   

  My wife and I stayed in Unit 17 Jan 12-22, 2014. We found the property to be beautifully furnished, clean, and well maintained. As you can see by the photos, the unit and Nautibeach itself are beautiful. Katy and Dave are very friendly and helpful as well as the unit manager Candelario who assisted us with luggage arrangements and anything else we needed. The other staff at Nautibeach are very friendly and helpful too. We have been to Isla Mujeres many times and we always stay at Nautibeach so the staff are like old friends. We also noticed several new restaurants that we liked- Olivia (Mediterranean) and Due Torri (Italian). However, there are always the old favorites like Jax and Rolandi. We will be staying in this unit again.

• Wonderful relaxed vacation location!

   

  This was a great location for our family vacation. The unit was perfectly cleaned and very comfortable without being fancy. We felt safe and a nice level of service without being hovered over. It is on the most beautiful beach on the Island and perfectly located with regards to being close to all of the fun of the town but removed enough to be quiet. The property is owned by folks from Minnesota who were very helpful with information in planning our trip and who knew what we would expect. This made planning much easier. Unfortunately we hit an unusual week of truly bad weather with rain and storms every day. There were books and a few movies but the Island is so very oriented to outdoor activities that we did wish for something to do indoors. We do plan to go back and hope for more typical weather to get out and do the snorkling, diving and other activities that were cancelled this trip.

• Beautiful quiet setting but still near all amenities.

   

  It was a shame it rained for 2 nights and 1 day which according to locals was very unusual but we were able to dine at the Sunset restaurant attached to the condos where the food was excellent. Condo was very clean and spacious with very comfortable king sized beds and lovely views over the gardens. The pool was always very clean and if we were not lounging there the beach was just a minutes walk away with loungers and umbrellas always available for free. A 5 minute walk took us to many local bars and restaurants but unfortunately a couple of the most popular ones did not open until a week later. We rented a golf cart from the little hut just outside the condo complex and explored the island which was very enjoyable. We also booked a snorkel trip which was a great trip as far as the snorkling but the food which was included at the small place we stopped at was a little disappointing - perhaps it would be best to choose from the menu. Luxury Transportation excelled in their drop-off and pick-up arrangements and well worth booking. All in all a really fantastic place to visit and stay already thinking about taking family and staying in Condos #5 and 6#.

• Relaxing Vacation!

   

  My husband and I, along with our 15 year-old daughter had a wonderful stay! The Nautibeach Condos offer many great amenities! The pool and grounds were pristine. The private beach was beautiful. We stayed in condo #17. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the coffee pot, as we loved having a cup of fresh coffee each morning while sitting on the balcony. We stayed during the Christmas holiday. The temperatures during the day were low to mid 80s and low 70s at night. We didn't need the air-conditioning, as the evening temperatures were perfect. We just opened the windows and listened to the ocean! The location is perfect for walking on the beach and into the downtown area for shopping and eating at the great restaurants.   Just back from our week stay at Nautibeach. Katy & Dave were great to work with and gave us wonderful suggestions and tips. The condo was the perfect tropical home away from home -- clean, spacious & decorated adorably. The courtyard was lovely. We loved having a private pool and the beach right next to each other. Everyone was friendly and we hated leaving. Would only stay at Nautibeach again!!

• Great location - responsive, attentive owners

   

  This is our second stay at Nautibeach, although the other time was in a different unit. We found the unit to be comfortable for the most part. Plenty of room, the kitchen was supplied with what we needed, etc. The big drawback of our stay was the sheet quality. I know it sounds high-maintenance, but we've traveled to Mexico a lot and know that we aren't going to have a 5-star sleep experience anywhere. However, these sheets were among the worst. We literally couldn't sleep they were so scratchy. But, as you see, we gave our experience 4 stars and this was due to the fact that Katy and Dave were incredibly responsive to our concerns. They brought fresh, super-soft sheets over the same day we contacted them and they made all the difference. It sounds like the sheets they use are through the Nautibeach service and maybe there was some mix-up or something. Either way, they were very attentive and easy to reach. I would recommend this property and certainly Nautibeach as a whole - the staff there is wonderful, the location can't be beat. Looking forward to returning.

• Already planning our return!

   

  We spent a wonderful week in paradise! Katy's condo was perfect. It's the best address on the island, outfitted with everything we needed. Highlights: beds were firm and very comfortable, great water pressure, drinking water, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for 2 couples. The view from the patio was wonderful-the grounds are immaculate as are the pool and beach. Onsite management was courteous, friendly and very fluent in English. We can't imagine staying anywhere else and can't wait to return next year.

Condo 17 at Nautibeach Condos

Deluxe Beach Front Second Floor Condo, Isla Mujeres Mexico

Only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun, Nautibeach Condos is located on the north side of Isla Mujeres on the most popular beach, Playa Norte.

Condo #17, owned and managed by Katy and Dave Hochmayr, is privately owned and is not part of the on-site rental pool. It has been completely renovated throughout making it unique to the complex for its comfort and fine decor. Beautiful tile flooring, Satellite TV, granite counter tops in the kitchen, 4 burner cook top, full size oven, imported Lane Venture furniture, and a hand tiled bathroom are just some of the upgrades in this spectacular condo. It is located on the second level and has a beautiful view of the gardens and a partial view of the pool and beach. Enjoy tranquil mornings and evenings from your private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens and pool.

Both bedrooms have king size beds. There also is an extra sink with a small vanity in the back bedroom.

Maid service is provided every 3-4 days. Extra maid service is available for an extra fee.

Located on our property is the restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and one of the best spots on the island for watching the sunsets. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided both around the pool and on the beach for our guests.

Enjoy a lovely 5 minute walk downtown to experience its many shops, restaurants, bars and local music.
