  Very nice, clean, well equipped and stocked condo. Ground floor unit so we didn't have to navigate the staircase...the patio door was used as our front door-not sure we even opened it. Beach and pool just steps away. This is our 2nd time to rent from Katy. She's prompt with returning emails and calls.

Deluxe Beach Front Ground Floor Condo, Isla Mujeres Mexico

Only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun, Nautibeach Condos is located on the north side of Isla Mujeres on the most popular beach, Playa Norte.

Condo #9, owned and managed by Katy and Dave Hochmayr, is privately owned and is not part of the on-site rental pool. This guaranteed ground floor condo has been completely renovated throughout making it unique to the complex for its comfort and fine decor. Beautiful tile flooring, Satellite TV, granite counter tops in the kitchen, 2 burner cook top, full size oven, imported Lane Venture furniture, and a hand tiled bathroom are just some of the upgrades in this spectacular condo. It is located on the ground level for easy access to the pool and beach. The patio on this ground floor condo is twice as big as the balconies of the second and third floor condos at Nautibeach, making it more delightful to enjoy tranquil mornings and evenings from your private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and pool.

There is a king size bed in the front bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the back bedroom.

Maid service is provided every 3-4 days. Extra maid service is available for an extra fee.

For groups larger than 4, large planters can be removed between the two connecting patios of condos #5 and #6. For individual rentals, the planters are kept in place providing private patios.

Because of their location, large patios, and luxurious interiors, these are four of the most sought after condos on the premises.

Located on our property is the restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and one of the best spots on the island for watching the sunsets.. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided both around the pool and on the beach for our guests.

Enjoy a lovely 5 minute walk downtown to experience its many shops, restaurants, bars and local music.
