Only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun Mexico, Nautibeach Condos is located on the north side of Isla Mujeres on the most popular beach, Playa Norte. Enjoy a lovely 5 minute walk downtown to experience its many shops, restaurants, bars and local music. Enjoy the unique family and cultural ambiance on the island that creates a very comfortable and relaxing vacation.

The Villa at Quinta Ixchel is located in the Sac Bajo neighborhood of the island, close to Zama Beach Club and Dolphin Discovery. It is very easy to catch a taxi in front of the house for a short ride to town or you can just stay at the Villa and enjoy the peaceful quietness.

Casa de Katy is located about two miles from downtown, just past the airport. It is at the beginning of a safe and charming neighborhood, Salina Chica.

These properties are privately owned and managed by father and daughter team, Dave and Katy Hochmayr, and are not part of the on-site rental pool. Our office is located outside the complex, about 150 feet before the entrance to Nautibeach. We represent condos #5, 6, 9 and 17 and are proud to guarantee that the condo you reserve will always be the condo you receive.

Katy and Dave starting coming to the island to visit in 1988 and now spend the majority of the year on the island. With over 12 years experience of  living and working on Isla Mujeres, and being fluent in both Spanish and English, Katy will be able to answer all of your questions relating to your vacation at Nautibeach Condos.
